In the School District of Philadelphia, the second largest in the country, 16 of its 313 schools are without a full time school nurse. Three schools don't have a nurse at all. Andrew Jackson Elementary School Principal Lisa Ciaranca-Kaplan and Francis Scott Key School nurse Linda Giangiordano share their experience providing medical services in the underfunded School District of Philadelphia
